Field Work Recordings Label Night 1

West Yorkshire cassette and record label field work recordings host their debut label night featuring all 3 acts from the label’s roster; Between folk, lo-fi, electronic and experimental, the acts songs sit with folk at the fringes and sound in the centre.
Born from a DIY spirit, Bug Teeth began as the electronic bedroom project of front-person PJ Johnson. From these delicate, lo-fi beginnings emerged a raw, celestial sound, drawing listeners into its unique gravity.
Singer, producer and violinist FLOCO inhabits a world between the old and the new. Weaving remnants of her musical upbringing on English folk music through live electronics and experimental production, FLOCO explores the more abstract lands of Cyberfolk and Dream Pop.
Tomb Land is the lo-fi folk recording project of Leeds-based songwriter Jacob Cracknell. On the debut EP, imperfections run in unison with the sweetness of the small Yamaha 4-track tape machine that makes up the extent of the ‘band’.
